Through discussion, reflection, and guided pranayama (breathwork), we’ll explore how these teachings can be woven into daily life, both on and off the mat.

This comprehensive training will provide you with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to guide restorative yoga classes, workshops, and private sessions.
Restorative yoga is far more than relaxation. Through the intentional use of props, supportive postures, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation, students are invited into a state of healing where the body can release tension, the mind can settle, and true restoration can occur.
