Mindfulness Workshop: 8 part series
A transformative workshop designed to guide participants on a journey towards cultivating happiness and well-being through the practice of mindfulness. In this engaging and interactive session, participants will explore the profound connection between mindfulness and joy, learning practical techniques to enhance their daily lives. Through guided meditations, reflective exercises, and insightful discussions, attendees will gain valuable tools to embrace the present moment, navigate challenges with resilience, and foster a lasting sense of joy. This workshop invites individuals to discover the power within themselves to cultivate a more joyful and fulfilling life through the practice of mindfulness.
Session Overview:
The program will comprise of 8 sessions, 60 minutes long
A didactic teaching (talk) followed by a guided meditation practice and question/answer session
The first course is a 4 part series to “Cultivate Joy with Mindfulness : An Introduction.“
The second course is a 4 part series with guidance into “Thematic : RAIN & Meditations.”
