Deepen your understanding of this ancient and healing practice and learn how to guide others. If you teach yoga, you can also start guiding energy healing sessions as well.

ABOUT

Reiki is a holistic, Japanese, energy healing technique. Working as support to the body, Reiki re-establishes a healthy energy flow throughout the system. It supports any medical or supplemental healing method.

Dis-ease always begins in our energy field so when we keep our energy body healthy using Reiki, and our physical body healthy with good nutrition and exercise, we’re able to remain at our best.

Donna Wilding was first attuned to Reiki levels 1 & 2 when she was 18 years old. 14 years later, Donna was attuned to the Reiki Master degree in both the Usui system and the Seichim systems of energy work.

In this course, you’ll learn

what Reiki is and how to work with it
the history of Reiki
how to use Reiki with your chakras (& teachings on the chakras)
the Reiki hand positions
a technique called energy scanning to learn to read energies quickly
how to clear energy
how to listen to your intuition and alongside the Reiki energy.

Each participant receives a workbook and an attunement to allow the Reiki energy to flow within you. You’ll walk away refreshed, inspired and ready to follow your Heart.

After completing your Level 1, you will crave a deeper understanding and the ability to heal others at a distance. The second degree focuses on distance healing and learning the Reiki symbols. You will receive your second attunement. We also look at additions to your Reiki sessions such as crystal therapy, colour therapy, and sound. You’ll be given practice time to learn this technique. We’ll review the art of healing others with permission, as per listening to your own intuition.

Meet Donna Wilding

Donna’s work is a union of spirituality, strategy, creativity, sacred ritual and embodiment practices that invite deep emotional work and access extraordinary results for her students. With arrow-straight and loving guidance, She is a shadow huntress and an alchemist for turning your challenges into gold, all while teaching you to dance amidst the mystical workings of the Divine.

Donna has over 600 hours of teacher training, combining Hatha, Power, Anusara & Ashtanga methods, as well as 1000+ hours of deep study with multiple teachers.
Donna is a yoga teacher on Kula’s schedule and a valued member of Kula’s 200hr YTT program.
