Restorative Yoga
Teacher Training

The program is designed to support participants in developing both a deeper understanding of Restorative Yoga and the skills required to teach it with confidence, sensitivity, and authenticity. Our emphasis is on cultivating an intelligent and embodied practice rooted in nervous system regulation, self-inquiry, compassion, and connection. Through the study and practice of restorative postures, breath awareness, relaxation techniques, and the science of rest, participants will learn how to create spaces that encourage healing, resilience, and profound well-being.

Whether your intention is to teach Restorative Yoga professionally or to deepen your own relationship with rest, this training offers a transformative opportunity for personal growth, renewal, and lifelong learning.

Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

Deepen Your Practice. Learn the Art of Rest. Share the Power of Stillness.

In a world that moves faster than ever, restorative yoga offers something profoundly needed: permission to slow down.

Our Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, and dedicated students who wish to explore the transformative practice of deep rest. Why Restorative Yoga Matters

Rest is not a luxury. It is a necessity.

As modern life continues to place increasing demands on our attention, energy, and nervous systems, restorative yoga provides a powerful antidote. Learning how to guide others into states of deep relaxation can be one of the most meaningful offerings a teacher provides.

Whether your goal is to enhance your current teaching, support clients experiencing stress and burnout, or simply cultivate more ease in your own life, this training will give you tools that extend far beyond the yoga mat.

Meet Kula’s Retorative Teacher

Chrys Muszka is a senior yoga teacher and Restorative Yoga Teacher Trainer who has specialized in teaching Restorative Yoga for nearly 20 years. Alongside Yoga Nidra, meditation, and mindfulness practices, Chrys offers experiences that support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and holistic well-being.

With a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, Chrys creates welcoming spaces for students and teachers to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate balance through stillness. Passionate about sharing the transformative power of rest, Chrys trains yoga teachers in the art and science of Restorative Yoga while guiding students to experience rest as a pathway to healing, renewal, and sustainable well-being.

Training with Chrys was one of the most supportive and inspiring educational experiences I’ve had. Chrys creates a learning environment that is welcoming, trauma-informed, and deeply nurturing. Their passion for Restorative Yoga is evident in every aspect of the training, and their ability to blend wisdom, practical knowledge, and heartfelt guidance is exceptional. I now feel equipped to share restorative practices with my students in a meaningful and accessible way. I highly recommend this training to any teacher looking to deepen their understanding of the art of rest.

Genevieve R.

Wellness Practitioner & Yoga Teacher

Chrys’s Restorative Yoga Teacher Training was a truly transformative experience. With nearly two decades of expertise, Chrys teaches with incredible depth, compassion, and authenticity. I not only gained practical skills in sequencing, prop setup, and teaching restorative practices, but also developed a much deeper understanding of the nervous system and the profound healing power of rest. I left feeling more confident as a teacher and more connected to my own practice. This training has changed the way I teach and care for myself.
