Online Classes
Kula Annex offers Yoga classes of various levels and styles, all designed for a home practice, with little to no props (except for Restorative/Yin: 2 pillows and a blanket). Our teachers each offer something valuable and unique to the practice of Yoga. Our classes emphasise alignment, as teachers poetically weave postures and intention together to promote healing and integration in body, mind, and soul. We promote a non-judgemental space where folks can move however they feel comfortable; we are here to support your journey to joy!
How Does Online Yoga Work?
Sign up for class as usual. Sit back and wait for your email with a link to join our online platform roughly 20 minutes before the start of class. Your video can be on, or off, your choice! Please leave your microphones muted. Enjoy from the comfort of your own home! You’ll also receive a recording of the class within 24 hours (usually within a few hours of the class) that stays active for 48 hours.
Register for class at least 60 minutes before!
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 hours before the start of class. Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior and no-shows will be charged $20 (slightly less than the drop-in rate, since late cancels and no-shows take spots away from others who were hoping to take the class.)
If you use a class pack, you will be docked a class instead.
*This comes into effect Jan 1st 2021.

Yoga for Every Body
We believe yoga should be accessible, inclusive, and free from intimidation.
Our experienced teachers offer thoughtful guidance, clear instruction, and options throughout every class so you can practice in a way that feels right for your body. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, recover from injury, or simply find an hour of calm in your day, there's a class for you.
More Than a Yoga Studio
Kula means "community."
Since opening our doors, we've been committed to creating a space where students know one another by name, teachers genuinely care about their students, and everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners feels welcome.
Unlike large fitness chains, we're an independently owned studio built around meaningful relationships and a love of yoga. Many of our students have been practicing with us for years, and new students quickly become part of the community.
Rated one of the best yoga studios in Toronto, Kula is proud to be a welcoming, community-focused space where students of all levels can practice, grow, and connect. From Hot Yoga and Pilates to Yoga Teacher Training and Restorative Yoga, our experienced teachers are dedicated to creating thoughtful, accessible classes that support your well-being both on and off the mat.
Community Classes (discounted)
We believe everyone deserves access to yoga.
That's why we offer discounted community classes, affordable introductory offers, and a wide range of class styles and experience levels. Our community classes are taught with the same expertise and care as every other class on our schedule.
